ABOUT MEGAN

Megan Onello is a singer, actor, dancer, producer, and educator based in NYC. She enjoys performing a wide range of genres, spanning musical theatre, pop, jazz, and more. Originally hailing from North Andover, Massachusetts, she is currently a senior at NYU, studying Vocal Performance - Musical Theatre, with a minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. 

 

She loves performing any and all roles in the musical theatre canon, and she holds a special spot in her heart for original works! Recent theatrical credits include Into The Woods (Milky White, Sleeping Beauty; U.S. Cinderella/Baker's Wife/Rapunzel), Human: A New Musical (Ahni), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive), How Did You Know Her?: An (Un)Original Song (Re)Cycle (Daughter). Up next, Megan will be playing the role of Beth March in New York University's production of Little Women!

Megan is no stranger to cabaret venues in New York City, having performed at renowned venues in the city, including 54 Below, The Green Room 42, Chelsea Table + Stage, and Rockwood Music Hall. Past production credits include “MTN & the Plunk,” “The Music Of Steven Universe,” and “Steinhardt Summer Cabaret” at The Green Room 42. She began her producing career in the summer of 2023, when she co-produced her first show at The Music Inn in Greenwich Village. From there, she went on to produce events throughout NYC and New Jersey! She has an exciting cabaret production in the works, coming up in the next few months.

Her passions outside of performing include spending time with her family and friends, taking care of her kitten Olive, eating sushi, Brooklyn Bagels, skiing, hiking, and going for LOOOOONG walks around NYC!
